  4. Cover us with a crown of loving kindness and tender mercies
  5. Sow good seed to accomplish good things
  6. A renewal of our youth like the eagles
  7. Divine destructions that rain down upon our enemies.

1. Forgiveness of sins

1 John 1:7 – If we confess our sins, God is faithful to forgive and cleanse us from all sins.

If sin is your way of life, let me tell you from my own experience that you cannot live a life of victory and abundance.

God said, “If my people who are called by My Name will turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and heal them.”You cannot confess your sins without words coming out of your mouth. God says, “If you will obey My Words, you will live a long, prosperous and satisfying life while you are here on this earth.”

2. Healing for all of our diseases

God’s healing medicine is His Word; and it will only heal your body if you believe the Word of God with your heart and confess it with your mouth (1 Peter 2:24, Psalm 107:20).

Jesus never healed anyone without speaking words out of His mouth. The only healing Jesus ever used was words (Matthew 8:16-17).

You have God’s miracle working power in your heart; all you need to do to receive your miracle is to speak it out of your mouth (Proverbs 4:20-23).

What has God sent His Word to do?

1 He sent His Word and healed you – Psalm 107:202 He sent His Word and delivered you from your destruction.3 He sent His Word to destroy the power of death which was the devil – Hebrews 2:14-154 He sent His Word to destroy the works of the devil – 1 John 3:8.

3. Redemption from destruction

As long as we were sinners, all we had was destruction. Redemption delivers us from the power of darkness into the Kingdom of God (Colossians 1:13-14).

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so! Let them say, “I am redeemed from the enemy!” (Psalm 107:2)

You cannot renew your mind without the confession of your mouth; you need to make a daily confession of what you have been redeemed from.

Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law. Now we have inherited the blessing of the seed of Abraham. You were purchased with the blood of Jesus and you belong to God (Galatians 3:13-14).

“Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for He hath visited and redeemed his people.” (Luke 1:68).

“Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His (Jesus) own blood He entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.And for this cause He is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, you who are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.”(Hebrews 9:12, 15)

“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:”(1 Peter 1:18-19).

“And they (the saints) sang a new song, saying, You (Lord) are worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;” (Revelation 5:9).

A slave’s only hope was that someone would buy him and pay the redemption price to set him free– that’s what Jesus did. God paid the Redemption price with the blood of Jesus – Psalm 34:22.

We are no longer under the law – all judgement has been removed from us (Romans 3:20-28).You are redeemed!Let the redeemed of the Lord confess what they have been redeemed from!

By filling your mouth with confessions of what the blood of Jesus has redeemed you from, that’s how you overcome the evil one (Revelation 12:11).

4. The Confession of God’s Word will cover us with a crown of loving kindness and tender mercies

The word ‘crown’ means to encircle for protection and to encompass.

God encircles us with His loving kindness for our protection, and nothing can separate us from the love of Christ (Romans 8:35).

You reap what you sow (Galatians 6:7).If you sow loving kindness and tender mercies you will reap what you sow.

The Confession of God’s Word will cover us with a crown of loving kindness and tender mercies. This word ‘crown’ is a blood covenant term.

Jesus said, the world would know we are His disciples if we had love for one another (John 13:35).

If we really loved one another, that love will encircle and protect us from the evil one.Every group I know of is being bombarded by the attacks of the devil. The church is not strong because they do not love one another.

You must die to pass into Eternal Life; You must die to your selfish ways. The reason the devil is destroying the Church is because they’re split into so many denominations and fragments.(1 John 3:14-18)

“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:25).

The day is approaching, but we are still disobeying God by not assembling ourselves together. Different denominations assemble with their denominational churches; but that is not what this scripture is speaking to us about.

Hebrews 12:22-24 says that the whole Body of Christ is the General Assembly and the Church of the Firstborn, no matter which member you might be; but that unity will never happen until we begin to confess with our mouth His loving kindness and tender mercies.

5. Your Confession will accomplish good things

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” (Galatians 6:7-8).

If we want our confession to accomplish good things, then we need to sow good seeds. If you have good seeds stored in your heart, you will sow good seeds that will produce good fruit. If you have evil seeds in your heart, you will sow evil seeds that will produce evil fruit. If what you are sowing is from God, then it will produce good fruit; but if it comes from Satan, then it will produce evil fruit.(James 1:17, Matthew 12:34-35)

God’s seed will always produce life. Satan’s seed produces death and darkness.Only the truth of God’s Word produces life, health, prosperity, success, happiness, love, peace, joy and every other good fruit.Fruit is produced from seeds, so don’t ever forget that you must sow to the Spirit to reap life and good fruit. If you sow flesh seeds, you will reap corruption.(John 6:63, 2Cor. 3:6, John 8:44, Gal. 6:8)

You can always know what kind of seeds people have been planting by the fruit they produce.

And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding? Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man. (Matthew 15:16-20)

A Good tree produces good fruit; A Corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit. Good seeds cannot produce evil fruit and evil seeds do not produce good fruit. Therefore, if you want love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and self control, you will need to sow good seed to produce it.(Prov. 15:4, James 3:14-18)

6. Your confession of God’s Word will accomplish a renewal of your youth like the eagles

If we are hearing God and obeying Him, we will have fullness of joy and we will be strong.

“Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10).

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” (Psalm 16:11).

“Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.” (Isaiah 12:3).

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)

God said, whatever comes out of our mouth will make us soar like an eagle or flop like a chicken. The word ‘renew’ in Isaiah 40:31 means to repair, to be new, and to rebuild.

Your inner man is a new creation, old things have passed away and all things have become new. Now it is upto you to renew the treasure that is stored in your heart.2 Corinthians 5:17

We put on the old man by what we have confessed with our mouth and we put on the new man the same way–we only reap what we sow (Romans 12:1-2, Colossians 2:5-17).

When you are downcast and discouraged, begin to speak words that will lift you up.

There was a man in the Bible named Habakkuk who was downcast and discouraged, but he decided to rejoice in the Lord and it lifted him up about all his circumstances. As he worshipped the Lord, his youth was renewed like the eagles and joy made him strong again (Habakkuk 3:16-19).

7. Our confession of God’s Word will accomplish divine destruction that rains down upon our enemies  (Psalm 149:1-9)

Your words will defeat your enemies if you learn to bridle your tongue. Faith filled words keep God on the job protecting you and defeating your enemies.

“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” (Exodus 14:14).

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.” (1 Peter 5:8-9).

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” (James 4:7).

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” (1 Timothy 6:12).

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” (1 John 5:4).

If we will keep our faith shield up, we will keep Satan from attacking us, and God fighting to defeat all our foes.

Praise is the language of believers and faith is the key that shuts down Satan and his army.

Learn to give God thanks for every good thing you have in Christ Jesus.

“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.” (Hebrews 13:15).

“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” (Philemon 1:6).

If we will praise, we will canopy ourselves with a shield that will protect us from Satan and his army.

“But Thou art holy, O Thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.” (Psalm 22:3).
